This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs use of the Lodgest accounting integration application (the "App"), which connects to QuickBooks Online through the Intuit Developer platform. By connecting or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.
Lodgest grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for Lodgest's internal accounting and financial-operations purposes.
The App may be used to connect authorized QuickBooks Online company data for bookkeeping automation, categorization review, receipt matching, reconciliation, and reporting.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or use the App for any unlawful purpose or beyond the authorized scope. You may not attempt to access data belonging to accounts or companies you are not authorized to access.
The App integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of QuickBooks is governed by Intuit's own terms of service. Lodgest is an independent company and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Intuit Inc. "QuickBooks" and "Intuit" are trademarks of Intuit Inc.
Information accessed through the App is handled in accordance with the Lodgest Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lodgest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to use of the App.
This license may be terminated at any time by either party. Access may be revoked by disconnecting the App through your Intuit account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
